How do i setup belkin f7d3402 as a wireless access point?

I have had good luck with the NetGear Rangemax WPN824. It has multiple
antennas that are supposed to provide better range, and your kids will
like the blue blinking lights.

Nintendo has a list of incompatible wireless routers:

and the Rangemax is not incompatible.
Wii can use 802.11B or G.

Since the Rangemax is both a wireless access point and a router (with 4
ethernet ports), you can just replace your existing router rather than
plugging this router into your other one.

Your PSP does not support the WPS feature on the Belkin router. The solution is to turn WPS off. WPS can be disabled in the configuration program for your router.
You do not need WPS it is simply a protocol to make conection to some modern devices simpler.
