Check to see if the door sags at all and doesn't line up correctly with the door latch. Then check to see if the drum wobbles when you rotate it yourself when not in use.

I am having the same problem! I cleaned out the coin trap, shifted the loads for balance, still will not go into a full spin!!!! Does anyone have a solution??

on the top of machine is a cement block,yes a cement block.it balances the drum, well in your case i think its broken and needs replaced.adrian,,,,,,,

check your pump for clogs
you could be over soaping
frigidairs dont like this, 1 tblspoon per load

well there's a counter weight that could be loose or broke or the support hangers for the tub may be broke or loose.

You might have a broke or loose counter weight that balances your tub.

REMOVE THE FRONT PANEL AND SEE IF ONE OF THE SPRINGS HAS BROKEN, COME OFF AND THE TENSION OF THE BELT OR THE TENSIONER PULLEY

Information provided by the manufacturer would indicate a few things possibly causing this:

1) Washer was overloaded, remove some of the clothes and continue the cycle.

2) Washer load was too small. Add 1 or 2 similiar items to help balance the load.

3) Load is out of balance, rearrange clothes to allow for more balanced spin.

4) Drain hose might be kinked, straighten drain hose.
