I feel as though the washer doesn't add enough water...clothes actually come out with dry spots....don't feel as though clothes are able to really get clean with so little water...is there any way to override and add more water?

Water comes in very slow This is usually a water valve problem or
an inlet screen blocked. 1st check your inlet screens of your water
valve. Turn your house water valve off to the washer, undo the fill
hoses and inside the water valve, you will see a silver screen. If the
screen is filled with water deposits, clean it out and re-install into
valve. Don't forget to check your fill hoses also, some hoses come with
screens that also may be clogged. Your cold water valve usually clogs
before the hot water valve, all that sediment settles in your hot water
tank and not in the screens. If you are on a well system, your screens
usually clog more often. If your screens are good, then most likely
your water valve needs replacing.

it sound to me to be the water pump, with all the water in the tub, the machine dont spin ok, and the water is extracted by centifugal force, not by pumping as it should be, call a tech, this is a hard job for regular people..good luck

Most likely a bad machine control,can also possibly be a motor per whirlpool but I have never had to change a motor,changed a lot of machine controls.

Is the drain hose kinked or clogged? Is the drain hose installed properly? look in the installation Instructions, Press POWER/CANCEL to clear display........ hope this helps.....

Error LR means Locked Rotor.
Either the motor is faulty, there is a wiring problem, or the control assembly is faulty.
Try tripping the circuit breaker to reset the machine, if code comes back a technician must have a look at the motor.
