I would replace the whole unit itself. It's obviously shorting. What kind of vacuum is it and how old?

You have a bad motor or condensor that is either shorting out to ground or overloading.

Hello, first check if the breaker triped in the electrical panel box (fuse box--old name). If it has not triped a breaker. Unplug your washing machine and wait about 10 or 15 second and replug the washing machine into the electrical socket. Don't turn it on. There should be a reset button. ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT TRIPING A FUSE ?IF SO ,YOU HAVE SHORT CIRCUIT.

That must be the mains cable or the filter box as it enters the TV.
The TV is fused internally so suspect the supply cable or mains filter capacirors.

I would suggest that the element may have absorbed some mloisture whilst being left in storage for a period of time. You may need to take it to a local repairer to see if they can dry out the element.

If there is moisture in the element it is not safe to use, hence it trips your circuit breaker.

If your dishwasher is on a wall switch, someone may have shut it off, Your dishwasher could be pluged into a Daisy chaned GFI, check all your GFI in the kitchen and make sure none are triped. The home Fuse Box, make sure the braker is not triped.

After all that has passed, there is a power conection box under the machine. Make sure the power is off from the breaker box or the machine is unpluged before inspecting under the machine or trying to repair this machine.

If you turned it off &back on too fast, then you probably did blow the fuse on the outside unit or triped a breaker, check your fuse box ,or on the outside wall, theres a gray box called the disconnect box that sometime, house 2- fuses or a plain pull-out with no fuses.
