From my understanding your Frigidaire frontload washer is not spinning the final spinning and the clothes are still wet. If you washer is overloaded it will not spin properly to release the water out of the clothes. Also, a small load will cause your washer to not spin properly. You should additionally check the drain hose to make sure it not kinked or twisted that could cause your improper draining. If all that checks properly it could be an issue with your drain pump, motor, and control panel. I would suggest consulting with a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. Tim, the machine probably has a double water valve. One for detergent and one for softener. I'd check that they're both working.......Nomess

It is the tub bearing gasket that is causing this. You can probably get a replacement off of repairclinic.com as well as manual
