My problem is my screen is blank once i turn it on cant turn it off was trying to down load mucis on it and it started doing that what can i do to solve this problem

press fn button and with up-arrow increase brightness ,,, in windows open display settings by right clicking on the desktop (intel or nvidia properties ) acer 4320 could have nvidia or intel ... increase the brightness and the contrast or load the default settings ,,, use external monitor if need ...
I suggest you try a manual reset. Please remove battery and AC Adapter
and hold down power button for 30 sec. and then put battery back in and
AC adapter and try starting.
Try booting to the safe mode (F8 at boot) and see if you can log in via the safe mode. If you can't, try booting to your Windows CD, go to recovery console and run CHKDSK /R
If you still can't log in, try running diags see if the hard drive lists a failure.
if no hardware failure found, there and none of those solutions work, then re-installing windows will likely be the final resolution
Problem: An update being pushed out to EEE PC 701SD causing machine not to load to full GUI Symptom: Machine will start to load into GUI but will get stuck after loading taskbar. To fix: Open the Terminal window by pressing Ctl-Alt-T. Enter the command 'sudo apt-get remove asus-p901-system-update azurebt' Press power button to turn off machine. Turn machine back on, open the terminal window again with Ctl-Alt-T. Enter the command 'sudo apt-get install asus-eeepc-core' Restart the machine.
