All lights are off on Kitcthenaid KADdish washer? How do I reset it to get it working again?

CLAIRE, SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE NO POWER ,,UNPLUG WASHER IF YOU HAVE GFI PLUG PLUG MAY NEED RESET IF LIGHT IS ON AT PLUG RESET IT BY PUSHING THE LITTLE BUTTON AND TRY YOUR WASHER AGAIN.

Are there any lights on at the washer? If not check the washer circuit breaker in your house main circuit breaker/service panel. If it is tripped reset it and try start button again. If it trips again you need a service call. If there are lights on try turning the washer main knob to off and unplug the washer from the wall outlet...wait 10 seconds then plug in and try start button again.

I have an LG washer slightly different model but had the same problem. It washed the clothes but then the light would stay on but the washer would not turn back on. Remove door switch unplug wire that conects and check the connections. which requiered taking off the top and front of the washer. Mine were corroded after only 2 years. We cleaned the connection and it seems to be working fine again.

unplug and reset

no! did the porew surge when it came back on,like the lites in the house went briter than normal/may have damaged main control board in top console.you will also fine a tech sheet up there.see if you can get some glues their.God bless.tom

You said, Your LGWM2277H washer LE light flashes. Troubleshooting guide says overload in motor. Is there a reset on the motor that needs reset or does something else need done. washer was working fine until we put a big load of jeans in to wash. when we checked wash soapy water was in washer and I can't get it to rinse. drum is not turning.


If you overload, with to much clothes the weight will trigger this error your having in most washer.
Take some clothes out.

Then try this:
Unplug the washer for 5 minutes, or if you can't reach the plug, turn the breaker off for 5 minutes and then the system should reset itself!

The magnetic switch was stuck due to power outage / contactor are spark connect the contactor stuck together .Magnetic switch to replace.
