I have a Wells F-67 fryer,the right side will get to 350 degrees but the left side will only get to about 310. What is most likely the problem.

Hi there! If hi limit wont reset when button is pushed, there might be a mechanical problem inside the part which prevents t from resetting, you have to replace the part.
