This machine came with Windows Vista Home Premium and was left unused for several months. When I got back to it, I did a clean install of Windows 7. The OS loaded fine, but after the first post installation reboot, the monitor ceased displaying anything, and Windows would no longer load; instead I get 5 beeps followed by endless beeping and no GUI interface.
The beeps without display would indicate a problem with RAM video card, or keyboard. Try removing the RAM and putting it back in, and same with the video card. You can also try just removing the RAM and if you still get the same beeps then RAM is likely where the problem is. Same with video. Chances are there is just a bad connection and removing the components and putting them back in will fix it.

Problem SOLVED: OK so this problem was posted before I got my hands on the machine. While the beep codes were said to correlate to the CPU failing, the problem was actually with the NVIDIA Video card not being completely seated/coming loose from it's over bearing size. When presented with this problem initially I thought that the pieces didn't add up, and now I know why.
