Error Codes Looking for a free owner or service manual listing the errors codes. I get a C05 or a C04 error code and paper jams out of the tray and about 1.5 to 2 inches above the roller

2 was paper stored in a more humid room ( can absorb in a few seconds ?
3 was aither in 1 or 2 in humidity above 65 %?

Does the computer boot into Windows? If not it appears there is an issue with your hard drive. When you turn on the machine, try to get into the diagnostics mode of the computer (F12) and then select BIOS Diagnostics. From there run the tests to see if the hard drive is bad. From there you might have to get a new one.

Shoulg you not find any of these mentioned error codes, I suggest you contact the tech support especially if the machine is still under warranty.

Boot into Safe Mode.
Open a command prompt as Administrator.
Type in chkdsk /r and reboot the machine.
Let it run to check and repair errors.

CHANGE MEMORY

3 flashes is a GREAT symptom report. We need some more than that, but it does give us a direction.

If this is a "Service Call Error", it will be accompanied by an on screen message that includes a "6000" error code.
Here are the possible solutions....
- Timing sensor unit (QM2-1213)
- Timing **** disk film (QC1-4833)
- Feed roller ***'y (QL2-0598)
- Platen unit (QM2-1215)
- Logic board ***'y (QM2-1548)*1
- PAPER FEED MOTOR (QK1-0550)

These solutions are not for the novice, but are user servicible for many out there.

If this is a "Operator Call Error", it will also be accompanied by on screen error codes

Paper jam. [1300]
Paper jam in the under guide. [1304]
Paper jam in the rear guide. [1303]
Solution: Remove the jammed paper, and press the Resume/Cancel
button.
OR

Front door closed. [1250] Open the paper output tray.

I have this malfunction code, C-11A3, coming up on my Konica/Minolta Bizhub 350 copier/printer. Anyone know what it is? I don't use the techs, because they charge much I don't pay for the service anymore-seems like most things should be able to be fixed by the owner. I needed help for this code

Code J00 is paper tractions error, either one of the traction wheel or one of the sensor is stuck or defective, often you need to take apart the printer to fix this.

Error code 0176 concerned with System Security. The system has been tampered with.

Try to enter the bios setup. Save the bios setting and exit. Lets see if it resolves your problem
