Replace the developer and drum/cleaning blade. Also reset the counters after replacing parts then run F8. resetting the counter with out replacing the above items cause image problems. First it indicates that the drum needs to be replace along with developer. has that been done? Then who did it for got to clear the counter. Go to service mode Utility then stop 00 stop 01 .
