everyone seems to have the same problem with lexmark printers .it seems that lexmark have violated the trade description act by stating that there printers are vista compatable which they clearly arent .according to the varius websights i have just visited there are a lot more than 7 disgruntled lexmark customers. ian from lexmark has stated it will be one or two months before the correct software is available . two months from when? it would be interesting to hear if guest jan 17 has received his disc from india yet, ev posted jan 24

Lexmark all in one solution software you used in XP doen't work with Vista.

But you can still scan and copy by using Windows Photo Gallery.

1. Click on files tab at the top in Window Photo Gallery.
2. Click on import from camera or scanner.
3. Highlight your scanner icon (ie lexmark 2300) then click import.
4. New scan window will popup, now you can preview or scan using this basic looking Vista utility.
