Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout

You can restrict the phone to internal only or local only (no 1+area code)(#401)

Or you can make allowed and disallowed lists.

hello,it is your setting that is malfunctioning,so all you need to do is just to reset the avaya system,you can run the reset if you visit your manual,after that is done you will have your avaya system working as normal.

If the line button is lit then something within the system has picked it up. If the phone is a multiline set, the line 1 light on the set that is using the line will show green. The line could also be held by either a cordless phone on the system or the voicemail system. The easiest way to clear the line (if the held set isn't apparent) would be to cycle down the power to the phone system for a moment. That will clear the line if its held by the voicemail

It's not that simple. You can clear all the non line buttons from a set by pressing FEATURE 00 , the button and MIC/HFAI. Line selection and line appearance is programmed from Centralized programming on the main phone(s). You can also use COPY commands to make a phone behave like another.

Which voicemail system do you have? You will need to have the admin reset that mailboxes password, which requires that you get into the admin part of the voicemail system.

Are you saying that line 3 does not work? Are you sure its not the dialtone? You could swap the cables going into line 2 and line 3, see if the problem follows the port or the dialtone.

You need to get into admin programming. #316, #317 and #318 need to be set up. Then put buttons on the phones, feature 23 and feature 16

To program a flash key press feature 00. then press the key you want to be a flash button, then press feature 03. Press feature 00 again to exit programming.

You have the button wrong. If DND is on, the phone will not ring.

press feature 10 and your extension number. for example, if your extension number was 12 you would enter feature 1012.

You can either press feature 03 (recall) while on the telephone callto switch between the callers or you can program a recall button on your phone by pressing feature 00, press the button you want to make your recall button. and press feature 03.

Replace the batteries then.

What menu do you want to go to? There is no menu on a Partner Phone.
