Jacuzzi MAGNUM FORCE POOL PUMP - TWO SPEED 2 HP 115/230V - Page 9 Questions & Answers
The hot tub reads - - - and has power but nothing is working.
this problem is over a month old so i am not sure if you still need the help.Start by turning off the breaker. Unplug everything from the hot tub i.e. pump, heater, air blower, light - anything connected to the spa control box.Now turn on the breaker. Check the voltage coming out of the transformer in the spa control box. You may have a bad transformer or a bad circuit board. If you have power coming out of the transformer going into the circuit board, do the following:If it doesn't blow the breaker then systematically do the same process but plug in one item at a time starting with the pump first until you find the problem. Replaced part but error FLO1 message does not go out
FLO Codes can be a nightmare. What part did you replace? The Pressure switch? If so try adjusting the the pressure switch. These switches typically have a dial on the side or they'll have a spot in the top where a screw driver can be used to adjust the sensitivity. Or:Dirty Filters can cause FLO error, try operate the spa with out the filter cartridge it if works its the filter.Check that all slice valves are completely open & all suction and skimmer lines are clear of debris.Check that pump impeller is working properly. Hope that helps

How do I remove impellor from a/o smith 7-181327-03 pool pump
If the impeller is fused onto the shaft by rust or mineral build up the chance you will be able to remove it with out destroying it are slim. You're likely going to need a new
impeller and
shaft seal kit, so I'd suggest getting them before your try to remove the old impeller.First you must remove the water/plumbing and the strainer basket assembly or pump faceplate if applicable to gain access to the impeller.Step two, on the backside of the motor (opposite side of impeller) you will find the back end of the motor shaft. This end of the motor shaft has a slot in it so that you can insert a large flat screw driver. This will help you to hold the shaft while you try and unscrew the impeller. fyi your pump might have a plastic housing on the back of the motor which you should remove to get to the back of the shaft. This is best way to remove the impeller but its likely to be a struggle if there is rust on the shaft. Good Luck
