You need to know the old password to change it. If you do not know the password, then there is no way to reset it. You will have to reload the operating system.

Go to settings, support, software update. Make sure that your TV is connected to the internet. There may be a check box for automatic updates, check this for future. Then check update version. it's may be error of the hard drive. therefor remove and reconnect ,if not fix pls connect to another pc and test. or replace the hard drive.
