I need help with inserting

you need to either purchase a micro sd card adapter or a usb memory card reader, they are both pretty cheap and available in most supermarkets/electrical outlets but cheaper still on ebay/amazon/play etc it all depends how fast you need it.

Where can i find a antivirus for my 4gb memory

You don't need antivirus for a memory card of any kind. Your computer should handle virus protection on its own.

My san disk memory card

To Whom It May Concern,
I am sorry to hear that. I will do anything i can do to help. The new microSD memory cards that have the HC on the bottom of the memory card do not let you delete files on your computer but if it is affecting your phone then you need to format it.

Thanks,

I have 2GB San Disk

You might have accidentaly set the switch on the memory card to lock which disables writing capabilities. Check your memory card for this small switch on the side of the card.

Hm.. Try using an adapter and access the card on a PC to make sure the card itself actually works. Next I would check the filesystem format. If it's formatted NTFS or something like that, odds are the phone can't read it. Make sure it's fat32 or fat. In windows you can check this after plugging the card into your system by opening my computer.. find the card in the drives menu and right clicking the drive, then clicking properties.

I purchased a vivitar vivicam

SD cards only go up to 2GB, but SDHC cards go up to 32GB. The ViviCam will take any SD or SDHC card. The brand doesn't matter. The speed doesn't matter either, though a faster card may download faster if you use a card reader instead of the camera.

You should be able to find SD and SDHC cards at any department, electronics, or office-supply store, and online at their web sites if you're willing to pay shipping and wait for it.

My card is barely a year old and suddenly says

You can use this software to try an recover pictures, http://www.cardrecovery.com/ If that doesn't work, you can still use the card again, but you will lose all your pictures. You would format your card from within your camera. You are looking for "Format" probably within the settings portion of your camera.
If this helped, please rank me.
