Double oven keeps turning off

Control panel/computer mother board is bad, needs replace. You can order almost any appliance part online or threw Sears. Write down the model number and type of oven and go from there. They carry countless brands of appliance parts. You'll be amazed at what you'll find at Sears. They'll have it or either have to order it for you. Trace your steps when removing the face panel and follow your wire connections. Relatively quick job. 30-60 min job. Lowes, carries appliance parts you can order as well.

Double wall oven Model Number

The probe might be out of spec and therefore the control is not getting a correct reading and thinks everything is fine. That probe is also known as a sensorthemobilian_437.jpgthemobilian_438.jpgthemobilian_439.jpgMight just be corrosion in the sensor's connector. Sometimes bypassing it entirely fixes the problem. Now about the steaming issue:
Convection motor not circulating the air properly?
I would check that.

Baking element not working

Your range sounds like it is need of an oven igniter .over time the igniter can become weak and it looks like it is glowing but the part itself is not pulling enough amperage to open your gas valve, this is a safety feature I would start there those parts generally run less than 100 bucks!

Was cleaning oven other night...wouldn't

The only thing that I can suggest to you is to locate the breaker for the stove in the breaker box and turn off the power. Leave the power off for at least a minute. This will reset the oven to factory defaults.
Once you turn your breaker back on you should be able to open the oven.

My 30" wall oven oven won't heat up. the clock

There is a safety thermostat (thermal fuse) on the back wall of the oven that interrupts power from L1 to the Bake and Broil elements. This fails open on an over-temperature or over-current condition. The oven needs to come out of the wall to replace it - best left to a tech unless you are experienced in such things.

Best Regards,
