the memory card for sonny ericsson phones is m2, sony ericsson sells adapters for that type of memory card. just bought mine from ebay.

open it up, remove battery & memory, dry it completely on top of a TV and reassemble & hope it works.

* stable internet connection

You can only get a PUK code from the SIM provider, so you'll have to contact them directly.

Alternatively just insert a new compatible SIM card; you'll have a new phone number and won't be able to access prepaid credit or other data stored on the locked SIM, but at least you will be able to use your phone.

Well very unfortunately I don't think if there is any method (or software) to recover your lost phone contacts.

All I can say is that be careful next time you do it, and make a back up as soon as you save new contacts in your phone book.

by updating your mobile software. go to sony.com then download the sonyericsson software updater and you can update your mobile software .

You can unlock it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...

If your mobile is not an CDMA mobile , you can get the network unlock code(NUC) by just contacting the current network provider customer care department.It is free of cost.

The restriction code can be got from your old service provider..This restriction code is kept to prevent someone who stole the mobile from using it with another provider...

They will have a security check done with your date of birth etc..to verify whether you are the exact owner of the phone..

After that they will provide you the restriction code to unlock it and use it with another service provider..

Do not pay anyone for this seeing some advertisement over internet . That is all fake ads.

It is a software problem. Take it to a service center and ask them to reflash the software for your phone. It will take 10 minutes to reflash the software.

put back in the original sim-card.....and do a master reset on the phone , that will correct the issue

hi just use any zip [like 7zip winzip use right mouse button on the file and select open with option and select any zip software ] software to open that bm3 . then unzip the contacts and simply copy to a memory card and use contacts import option in your new phone.
