you need windows media player in and this will change every song you have to mp3 select the file and copy it into the memory card if the songs are protected just dont download from itune take them from cd and rip the music with media player

right click on the mp3 songs there will be one option as use as go on there will be ringtone option click on it then use as ringtone as u wish enjoy it.

But I'm also not sure if older devices make that differentiation or not. Other than that, you may be able to find a replacement model online or you will have to upgrade because your phone is the point where it is just failing due to age.

Have you tried powering the phone off and removing the battery? Cleaning the charging contacts on the phone and the charger? Inspect the charging port to make sure there wasn't any damage from the fall. Then restart the device.

yes, on most sony ericsson phones, some files have been put there permanently and protected da files so they can't be deleted for example on my w910i there are 5 pictures wich are protected. don't worry nothings wrong with ur phone. i have no clue y they do dat but they do lol. i hope dis helped =)
