Sir first you check weather you have the setting or not.If you don't have please install it.If you have the setting and still you don't get the internet then contact your network provider then will verify what is the problem the they will fix it for you.

Have your carier a data plan on your account? This phone fon't have wifi, so you must have a data plan on your phone carier

Try your reset button. It is around or under the battery. It is usually a small hole. You might need to use the end of a paper clip. If this fails, see your provider.

the battery is completely dead, try to charge with some external charger. if still same then software corrupted need to reflash the phone.

If your Sony Ericsson W910i does not have a left arrow button/key(e.g. Sony Ericsson W950i) and on a few phones(not all) that have a "JOGDIAL" you must press the "down arrow" key/button instead of the "left arrow" key/button for step 2

The only possible solutions are Replacing/Refreshing the Sim IC and or re-soldering the Sim Card connector. The dropping might have cause internal damage to the PCB (Circuit board) and the sim ic or the sim card connector (pins) might have become loose. If refreshing or resoldering the sim ic/sim card connectors don't help, jumper trick might also helpful. Just to make sure before you take it to a mobile repairing shop, try cleaning the sim connector using a cotton but dampen with Acetone or Spirit. You can also use alcohol.

I am sure that it's not the sim card, but the handset which is having the problem. This is a common issue and sometimes neither sim card works. You were lucky that the other sim card worked for a while.

I can confirm that this can be repaired but needs to be done by an experience/certified technician. It's not recommended to try yourself without proper knowledge and experience, you might make another mistake and cause another damage.

you can connect your mobile to computer using bluetooth or through usb cable once you connect it install the sony ericsson pc suite which comes while you purchase your mobile install using the cd rom given and once you have completed your installation go to my computer there you will find the removable disks drives which are your phone memory and your memory stick you can get into the drive and copy your files to your pc

since you didnt have adequate signal strength needed for your call or network connectivity your call has been dropped try changing to some other mobile carrier if again you have the same problem then there might be some issues in the receiver in your mobiles motherboard...

Go to Settings>Connectivity>Data... then add a Valid Access point (This can be obtain from your service provider.) again Settings>Connectivity>Internet Settings - add a internet profile and select that as default.(details can be obtain from your service provider.)

Sounds like it needs a new battery. But before that your charger might be broke so you can't charge your phone up.
There is the chance that your phone might be "dead" if you have messed about with the firmware trying to flash it but take it to a shop & try out a new charger or battery.

It seems like the phone is broke, you should take it back where you bought it from and have them look at it.

Sounds like a hardware problem
are any of the white water damage strips inside where the battery goes red ?

This model is not equipped with wifi. Only bluetooth and infrared capabilities.

try to restart you phone and then try to send message again.
if you still have the same problem, jus re instal you phone but first, backup all your data like music, video etc
