I had a problem with my Ionic Breeze Quadra. Green light would only blink for a second then the red light stayed on. I cleaned unit very good but problem came right back. I blew out the breeze with an air compressor. Not much came out, but now I am green and back in action. I used about 75 psi to clean out.
I recently returned from Iraq.
Try these things:
1 - Take the carriage out and make sure it is ABSOLUTELY dry! If there is the least bit of moisture on it, it could damage the unit.
2 - Make sure the carriage is inserted into the base correctly -- I have one of these units and I can't tell you how many times I inadvertently put the carriage in backwards!!
3 - Mare sure the carriage is securely inserted into the base - there are a couple of plugs that must fit down into some slots in the bottom of the case.
4 - Make sure it is plugged into a working wall outlet.
5 - Turn the unit on and see if it will come on....

Hi I can assist you. first of all unplug your ionic breeze and plug a blow dryer or a lamp into that same outlet to be sure that you have electrical power at that point. If you have no power there you will have to look in your electrical panel for the house or apartment and find the circuit breaker that has kicked or the fuse that has blown. If it is a fuse, replace it with another of the same amperage. If it is a circuit breaker just move the handle to the full off position and then to the full on.
Now if you do have power at the outlet you have an important decision to make. The sharper Image company went out of business in large part because of controversy regarding whether ionic breeze works or not and whether it is safe or not. That said, there is a company that will repair your unit for a flat fee and here is the link to it:

Mine is a Pro-series Quadra. It needed better cleaning.
The front and rear plastic grill scome off (release catch at the bottom of each), allowing access to the central core. I cleaned it with a damp rag (let it dry before you turn it back on). Be very careful of the two wires running the length of the unit -- if you break these it will not work. I did, however, gently clean them.
When I restarted it there was an unusual smell for a few minutes, but all is working well again.
Cleaning
Finding any instructions on Google for this product line has been tough. Sharper images website is down as well. The main reason why there isn't anymore support for this product is because it has been proven by that ionizer don't clean the air and that the ozone created by them can be harmful to you. Due this information, Sharper Image has settle with consumers who own the product which has forced them into Chapter 11.
