My 32inch tv turns on but the picture is wired.

On a 32 inch it may not be worth fixing--not going to be a reset etc--base decision on fact that possible repair should not exceed used value of set--which in my view it likely will.

Hannspree tv is making a buzzing sound

First I am glad helped with the other issue. This issue needs to be defined: do you hear the buzz when sound is at zero? I not the issue is in audio circuit or signal to set----If you hear the buzz with sound off it is likely something in the set vibrating hard enough to make the noise. What causes this is a part that is not bad but noisy--there are ways to deal with this depending on set.My real concern is if set is opened etc it will void your warranty! If 5 days old most major stores will take it back or issue credit so you can replace the set----makers will often play a shell game--tell you it MUST go in for repair. Most major stores have an unwritten rule here: set can be returned within first 30 days and exchange/replaced for ANY reason.Seen ones returned because owner did not like the color of the cabinet etc.If I know what type of set it is (has a picture tube, LCD etc and you have no warranty I can tell you what to look for and a possible way to fix it---Don't void the warranty if you have one by just opening it.Saw a (will not call him stupid) person with a 1,000 set here yesterday which clearly had a problem and was 3 days old open the set and in doing so removed the labels there to indicate if someone has tampered with the set---now he has no warranty and a non working set.

Please clarify how you are feeding the TV, is it from the aerial (antenna) or cable, or using a scart lead etc. It sounds like it is not seeing the video input but is seeing the audio. If it is from a scart lead the lead may be faulty, or if some other route then please clarify.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitae to to ask if you have any further questions.

My Hannspree TV volume goes

there's no faulty parts on your unit but sure that you have a dry joints on the sound amplifier section.

Look for a qualified technician to re-solder for a dry joint on the said section and it will fix the problem.

If you have knowledge in soldering then open the back panel of your tv.
Then observe first because you have to pull-out some connector from the main board.
Remember that anything you pull-out will be back to their position as you finished resoldering.

Try to trace the connectors of your speaker to the main board.
It is connected to ic which have a heat sink. That's the sound amplifier ic.
Find the cold solder around there then resolder it.
You can try the tv, if you hit the cold solder then intermittent sound will be cured.
Remember that before you try turning on the unit be sure that you returned the connectors to its original position. gud luck buddy...

Thanks for using fixya...
