I get the error message
Hi, if your laptop is online please do check the printer status if is ready, if not remove the printer icon and try to install again the printer driver, check also the IP address of your printer or it's shared name for proper handshaking..

Press the blue lever down and open front door. Then simply pull out the toner cartridge from the printer. Pull towards you and up at the same time.

When i send print appears
The print job you are sending is in A4 format. If you are using Adobe Acrobat you will sometimes find that documents created in places such as Europe will be A4 not letter size. Check the settings when you send the print job as Acrobat gives you the option to resize and print to available media. You can also check your printer settings as there may be the option to automatically print A4 to letter.

According to you I don't get exact problem of your printer.
If you can't turn it on then first check the electric outlet where you plugged
your printer. Check also the power cord of the printer. If it turned on but you
can't print then first check you have connect the USB cable properly with your
system. Make sure that the driver is installed properly. Check if the cartridge
of toner is not empty or get damp. Clean the cartridge and toner drum, make the
toner dry or change the toner. Make sure the cartridge and the roller are
working properly. If everything OK, then open the printer properties and reset
the settings properly. Double click on the printer and delete the entire print
queue. Then reboot the printer and the system
also. After rebooting, try to print a document. It will help you.
Erro 52 de scanner
It's the laser scanner that has the error.
Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet. NO surge protector.
If error is still present, plug printer into a different power outlet.
If the error persists the laser scanner is going to have to be replaced.

First thing I would Check is that the outlet you have plugged it into has power just to humor me plug a known working device into the same outlet to see that the outlet has power if it does then check that the power cord to printer is plugged into the socket and back of printer tightly also some power cords for printers seperate in the middle near the power converter be sure that is plugged in snuggly, If that all checks out Check inside the printer for damage which may have happened during the move, open all printer access doors and visually inspect all areas inside printer for signs of damage. If that all Looks Good

1.First you need to press MENU.
2.Then, select SYSTEM SET UP.
3.Afterward, select LANGUAGE.
4.Now, choose the language that you prefer. In your case, ENGLISH.
5.You have to SAVE your settings.
6.Finally, wait until your system automatically restarts.

following link will take you to a user guide which has all the information you might need about scanning, copying, and more scanning is in chapter 8 I think. My advice is save that file on your PC because it takes time to load and it is useful to be around even when you have no internet connection. good luck and all the best
Just purchased an hp deskjet
1) Remove power cord. 2) Press and hold together Cancel button and OK button ( OK button is the one at the very bottom). 3) Reinsert power cord to rear of printer while holding in both of these buttons for about 20-30 seconds. Make sure power is switched ON 4) The HP sign should come onto the dispaly. This should reset the dispaly screen back to factory settings. You will have to reconnect your wifi again. This worked for me. Good luck.

Error 49 is usually a critical firmware error which cause the processor on the formatter to abort operation.This type of error can be because of
invalid print commands,corrupt data,or invalid operations. Sometimes electrical noise in the cable can corrupt data during
transmission to the printer. Other causes include poor quality parallel
cables or poor connections,
To solve this try this solution step by step:
- Turn the printer off and then back on.
- Try printing a job from a different software application. If the job prints, go back to
- the
first application and try printing a different file. If the message
appears only with a certain software application or print job, contact
the software vendor for assistance.
- f the message persists with
different software applications and print jobs, disconnect all cables to
the printer that connect it to the network or PC.
- Turn the printer off.
- Remove all memory DIMMs or third-party DIMMs from the printer. (Do not remove the firmware DIMM in slot J1.)
- Remove all EIO devices from the printer.
- Turn the printer on.
- If the error no longer exists, install each DIMM and EIO device one at a
time, making sure to turn the printer off and back on as you install
each
- device.
- Replace a DIMM or EIO device if you determine that it causes the error.
- Remember to reconnect all cables that connect the printer to the network or computer.
If the error persists, final option is replace the firmware or best & final option is to just contact to any HP service provider

Are you using orignal HP cartridges or remanufactured cartridges? We have had a lot of problems with 3rd party toner not bonding properly and installing an original HP cartridge usually fixes the problem.
52 scanner error. Turn off thenb on
52 is an internal scanner hardware error.
Unplug printer, wait 30 seconds, plug it in and power up.
Problem still there...make sure printer is plugged into wall outlet, not surge protector.
If error persists you will have to get the laser/scanner assembly replaced.
We arn't talking about the scanner/copier assembly at the top of the printer. This is the internal laser/scanner that is used for all your printing.
