remove the cartridge and be sure that you have removed all the packing seals and that the electrical contacts are free of debris, and that they are actually still there. HP cartridge manufacture is less than optimum and it is very easy to render a cartridge useless, so be very delicate when handling them

Hello, go to HP's website and select the option suport

I just scan to the computer. Then in microsoft publisher i resize the picture the size i want by moving my mouse... i put it on the sheet exactly where i want it and print. I don't even have to save the publisher to do it. You can also resize fast in photoshop or any other photo program like Picasa (free online)
