I cannot charge it (USB car charger) and listen to the music at the same time

don't think it's possible. -when you charge and play via your laptop, the player is acting as a USB key and the laptop is doing the playing. -when you charge it via your in-car port you do not have a 2nd device on which to play tunes. it's either charge or play i'm afraid

It got dropped in orange!!

Neutralize the acidic orange juice(squash?). A bit of baking soda in a bowl of water in which you wash the mp3(stick) should neutralize the acid. Carefully dry the mp3 stick with towels and a cold flow of air from a fan or hair drier set to "no heat" should dry it out. Give it a try, what have you got to lose?

Recharging

- Yes, in order to charge this device, all you need to do is to plug it in - The battery doesn't run down no matter how long your are not using it. I had one and i didn't use it for over 6 months and it was still working. - Are you able to see it as removable drive under my computer? - Try connecting it to a different USB port or a different computer - If it is viewable under my computer, try to see if you are able to transfer files Please revert back with further observations

Computer

- This device also works with Windows 98 SE and Windows ME, apart from Windows 2000 and XP. Make sure all the critical updates are installed on your computer - To put songs from a regular audio CD to the MP3 Player, you would first need to convert the songs from the audio CD in MP3, WMA, Ogg or Audio ASF format. The songs in audio CDs are in CDA format. good luck

How do I make a playlist on the player?

to make a playlist on the player, go to songs. When it displays all of your songs, scroll down to the one you want added to your mp3 player.Press the record button, quickly, and the music note next to the song will change to a star, I think its a star at least. On your mp3 player, it will be displayed as Favorites, not Playlist. Can you try to help me with my problem now/ Mine isn't working. THe subject is "How do I f/w update?" THanx so much!

Title tracks

You have to transfer it back to your pc then rename it, then delete song from mp3 player and copy over new named mp3 or cda. .cda is a clean track from a cd, you may have to convert it to mp3, if not neccassary, just rename track 23.cda as whatever you want as long as .cda remains, but this hs to be done on your pc first.
