I believe that everyone experiences this. It is done by the network on purpose. I believe that there is a setting in most tv's to adjust the volume so that it doesn't happen. Every TV is different though but it is worth a look.

I don't know if the OS on the UN55FH6003F will work with a USB bluetooth adapter; it would depend on if it can find the driver. A Bluetooth audio transmitter is more likely to work. It's detecting a short, maybe in the speakers or a wiring issue. However even if you find the short it might be too late and has damaged the main power amp in the unit.

Both devices have to be able to use a certain HDMI function. And be able to use the highest quality HDMI cable. With those the TV or AV will turn on or off when the other is switched on or off.
