Fuse blows every time on power supply board

One of two general things is wrong here : either you have a short at the input section of the power supply--bridge should block it from getting to main input filters==== or if fuse was replaced it is wrong=explanation? Most of these sets use a special fuse--if a surge or even a problem takes it out the fuse must be replaced with the CORRECT one, amperage and voltage rating aside many of the fuses are thermal or special slow blow types---put a generic fuse of proper rating in and it can pop instantly for no reason.Other than that it has to be between the input for the power cord and the output of the bridge or even further down on primary side of actual power supply===usually another diode is in line after the bridge will prevent it getting to the main input filters. If reference to Steve is directed at me that is my name---pretty simple repair and as far as that bridge goes if it is attached to a a heat sink you better remove the sink and look at the bridge with your eyes---seen more than a few where it tested good but was fractured at heat sink--when power hits it can arc right to the metal and fuse goes instantly. You have a very limited number of possible parts (other than wrong fuse) that can cause this====try to isolate issue with simple tests.............

I have an olevia 42 in tv it turns on piture and sound work but the picture is all screwy and i cant get it adjusted right

A good idea here would be to take some digital photos---find a photo sharing site on the net and post them there.copy the URL or location of them and post it here---seeing what it looks like might point to where the problem is.

Tv sound olevia 242 series

I would start with looking at the 12 or 15vdc source form the power supply. I would surely look for capacitors with bubbled tops.

Black and Blue lines running vertical

Your panel went bad. It is not cost effective to fix. I don't think you could get a panel any way.

How do i remove the back

The first word is "Carefully". LCD and Plasma screens are easily damaged and must be laid face down on a surface that supports the frame all around the screen and does not allow the screen to touch the surface it is laying on. ONE WRONG MOVE OR PRESSURE EXERTED DOWN AND THE SET WILL BE HISTORY--DAMAGE TO THE PANEL IS FATAL AND THAT PART (called the display panel) always costs more than the set did if it is even available. With set carefully face down locate if the set has a base on it the bolts that secure the base to the set and remove them. From here it is usually just a case of removing screws and noting that the different sizes used go in different places--some will be machine bolts with fine threads and others self taping---don't get them mixed up. When doing this or whatever you are doing inside exert no downward pressure on the unit to avoid destroying the panel and hence the set. If you have a specific reason for opening the set let me know--happy to suggest options before you take it apart.
