The spring probably broke in the latch, or the door balance springs are slack. You have to pull it out and removed the side panels. The latch literally just holds it in place. You should be able to tell if the springs are holding the weight of the door though. Then split the door to inspect the latch.

A service man might have a used one kicking around. Or buy new.

The pump and motor comes as one unit. Motor does not come seperate. Pump parts can be sold seperately

Best way is to contact a chemical supply company and have them do it. The delime product should not be mixed with chlorine.

could be a number of problems. Checking with an ohm meter would determine the problem. Could be the booster high limit thermostat, a burnt wire, booster thermostat, or a heater element.

I'm too late for you but others could be helped. With the power off' make sure the timing cams are set to the beginning of cycle, Then push the cams with a finger untill the fill cam switch just activates. Then put the power on,close and latch door and water should enter the booster. You might have to do this 2 times to get water at correct level inside machine. When the cycle lite goes off check for water inside machine. If water level is too high, then take some water out with a cup.

thats ok, just reset, if it happens again replace. could be that the booster thermostat didnt shut off the one time. Keep an eye on the temperature guage to see that the temperature is not fluctuating too much over 85c

If the temperature was ok before, and no one has adjusted the thermostat, then that is an indication of a thermostat that needs to be replaced.

If the machine still has a detergent pump, then the hose could still be taped to the back of the machine, half way up on the outside. It would have a label on it that says detergent. If the pump is missing then use a commercial grade powder detergent if your health inspector allows it. You would have to put in approx. 1 tablespoonfull each load.

possibly the temperature high limit switch needs resetting, by pushing the centre button in with your finger. Make sure power is off first.

The thermostat for the final rinse booster might be set too high causing the water to boil in booster tank. Water will then spray even when cycle is complete. Turn the thermostat down to 180f or 82c to comply with health regulation. If problem continues replace booster tank thermostat. Or if you have hard water pull thermostat and clean
