Rinse temp too low, first it comes up to 180
Hello,
The rinse temp only reaches 180 degrees for a couple of seconds towards the end of the cycle. This will sanitize all warewash and meets most health code regulations. The rinse water temp will drop rapidly as it is incorporated in to the machine and sprayed on the dishes.

Trying to wire the pump motor. Blue, red, black,
Hello,
The black and white wires supply power to the motor so that it rotates clockwise when the machine is in it's wash cycle. The blue and red wires are opposite to the black and white. This makes the motor spin counter clockwise. The machine will be in it's drain mode mode when the blue and red wires are live.

Dishwaser won"t darain water out
Occasionally, food and debris from your plates creates a clog at the bottom of the dishwasher either where the water drains out of the machine or within the tubing that carries the waste water out to the plumbing.
You may need to ensure that there are no blockages in the bottom of the dishwasher (remove the food filter and check for gunk), or you may even need to pull the dishwasher out from it's housing (usually is bolted in to the counter by a couple of screws) and check that the out-take hosing is free flowing.
