Hello there,
If your television is not receiving any power from the power outlet or the power source. Firstcheck if the cable is being connected to the power outlet and ensure that the power outlet is carrying light. Then you further check the power cable if it is not faulty by testing the socket/fuse.
If that have been confirmed to be working, then the problem simply is that the PCB (power control board) is bad and need to be replaced. There are different factors that can cause a PCB to go bad, like bad voltage regulation, heat in the unit and some other factors.
The solution to the problem is for you to have the PCB replaced. That should do the job for you.

Your problem is stuck keys in your T.V. It usually just needs cleaning, BUT it is hard to clean, because you gonna have to open up the whole TV. I advice you just buy a new remote from JVC or just buy a "Universal Remote".

** in order to listen and watch your DVD, DVD 's "2xRCA audio" and "1x RCA Video" cables for "OUT" should go to Tv "IN" connections separately ..("IN" goes to "OUT" of other ..pls remember,Always reverse connected ) (audio will come thru Receiver and TV.)
Since you successfully connected your Receiver to play video on TV (one way only ) ,here is the second reverse action if you wish to listen your TV on Receiver
** you need to connect "Audio Output " as can either be : RCA jacks or "Optic cable output" or "SCART "connector " of your TV .( every TV has different type of Audio out jacks )
** to "TV input "or "AUX input" or "Optic Cable input" of your Receiver (whichever you want ,based on the necessary cables on your hand )
** than just switch to respective mode on Receiver corresponding the connector you have used on the back of Receiver ..
There you go..Tv sound are on the Receiver as well.

How to Manually program the AT&T Universal Remote Control to your
TV here are the steps.

Factory Reset the AT&T Remote Control:

* Press the ATT button and the OK button at the same time for 2-3 sec. release them at the same time. The ATT button will blink twice then enter the code 922. The ATT button will blink Thrice. If not repeat the step

* Press the ATT button then check all the function of the remote (Volume, Channel, Menu, Guide)
Note: you will see that the max volume is 25. Dont worry its the volume of the receiver

To Program Your TV:

* Press the TV button and the OK button at the same time for 2-3 sec. release them at the same time. The TV button will blink twice then enter the code. Click Here to see the manufacturers list of codes. After Entering the code TV button will blink thrice. IF not repeat the step

Note: After you program the tv make sure to press the ATT button. then now check all the function of the remote. Follow the instruction and it will work. If you press the power button the TV and ATT Recievier will turn on and off at the same time

The power supply section inside your TV is not working. It may be due to a blown fuse, or its inverter secion itself. You have to open your TV to detect and repair the fault. If you are aware in electronics, open it, and check the fuse first. If it is found blown up, replace a new one with same rating. Do not use an other rated fuse, as it may damage more components, if there is a fault inside the circuit section of the power inverter board. If the newly inserted fuse also blow out, as you switch ON the TV, never put any fuse there, and it must be due to some fault to that section, should be checked well. Without any reason, a fuse won't blow up you see. We must find out the reason for that and rectfy it before replacing an other fuse in place. Normally, rectifer diodes, inverter device, a transistor or an STR, whatever may be the case, should check with its schematic diagram, and replace them. Whe power reguator [inverter] side get a fault, it will cause more component in that section to be out of order. So you have to check each component on that section before replacing and switch ON the TV.
If you have a sound knoledge and measuring instruments with you, you can do it by yoursef at home. If not, get it repaired with an experienced service technician. OK.

It sounds like you tv need degaussed and you also could have it setting to close to speakers. Unplug the TV for 30Mins, from the wall and when you plug it back in and turn it o0n the degaussing circuit built inside the TV should fix it.

I would suggest to use your cable box if you have a remote or it and connect your cable box in video mode or use a vcr in the same maner

You can find all the setting and function controls listed in the manual. To reset the television to factory settings, you must unplug it from the a/c power source for about thirty minutes. This will reset the television to the factory settings. You can do the same thing with the remote control. Just remove the batteries and press the input button continuously for about 1 minute. This will drain all the power out of the microprocessor and reset the remote control to the factory settings. You can then use the owners manuals to reset the television and remote functions.On turning on the television the interactive plug in menu will appear. From here you can set the language you want to use for the television. All of this is explained in the owners manual.You will need a pdf reader and writer to read the owners manual and the writer to make a copy for your own use. Go to the Menu and find Close caption and shut it off,

turn off pip

Ok since you have 2 DVRs I am gonna use the terminology DVR1 and DVR2.
Connect the DVR1 to the tv using a 3-pin RCA jack. Yellow of the RCA jack should go from video out of the DVR1 to video in of the tv. And connect the other two(Red and White) should be connected to the DVR's audio out left and write respectively and then to the tv's audio in. Now connect the Cable Box to the DVR1.
Connecting DVR2: DVR2 should be connected to the tv using a SCART cable. Note that you should connect the scart to to the video out of the tv to Video in of the recorder.
Now DVR1 can record any channel you want, but DVR2 can record only the channel you are watching.

It is very possible that the solder connections on the printed circuit board are damaged from repeatedly plugging in and removing different devices. You may find that by wiggling or slightly flexing the plugs that they work intermittently.

the fault is the flyback transformer it will need replacing i have done a parts search this part is no longer available


i think its time to start saving for a new tv

U turn to another channel,now it look like u have a picture of a shadow behind it?Yes,than u have freeze a picture on the tv for a long,might have a tv screen burn in.Tries go into tv menu go to colors setting.Tries contrast setting all the way up to maximum.Tries colors a third of a setting.The brightness half of it setting.Should or might help to solved this problems.
