How do i change the phone extention number - Panasonic KX-T7665
It depends on your phone system, the smaller ones, 50, have modular jacks to distribute the extensions and you can simply move the pluged in extension wiring on the control unit, for instance if you are 102 and the other phone is 103, simply swap the plugs on the main control unit. The larger Panasonics have direct wiring so you need a punch tool and some cross wire to move an extension.

Need to clear out old
When you find the right phone (usually ext 101) you'll be able to press PROG and dial **1234. Pick program number 004 and ENTER a couple of times and you'll be looking at the name for extension 101. There's a TDA Operating Manual that will give you a little bit more help. Here's one
http://public.carl.airpost.net/misc/200_TDA_OM_10-11.pdf Page 188 is the key sequence, using the character entry guide on page 50, once you do one, you'll figure out how to step through the entry using the letters buttons and the right arrow key if the character is the same.
Please rate this solution and acknowledge that you got the manual. It won't be here after the end of the month.

We have a Panasonic KX-T7633 phone system and the
The voicemail system has a Class of Service option to delete or forward messages that are left on the system. If you set it to delete all heard messages (old message) or unheard messages after X days, it will delete them. You can move mailboxes into different classes of service so they have variable expire times.

I HAVE A KX-T7633 AND
You can use the cord
part number 78333-01. (I have included the link.) This will replace the cord that is plugged in between your CS55 charging base and the handset jack on your phone. It will plug into the base of the CS55 and the round headset jack on your phone. You will not have remote answer. Push the headset button on your phone and then press the headset button on the CS55 headset.
Good luck from

Our KX-T7633 phone at work
I'm guessing one of two things. Press the TRANSFER button or the INFO button and look at the display. The ugly thing is it may be you don't have a top line at all :-(.
We have one port that won't display top line and one that won't PROGRAM! I have yet to find out why and the strange part is it's in software, not hardware, because a station card swap didn't fix the problem. I guess Pana tech support would say "initialize and reprogram". I've not been that desperate yet.

Lost caller I.D.
Thank you for posting your question on fixya. I will be happy to help you with this problem. Can you please give us some more information so I can better answer your questions.
Is the phone not displaying caller ID?
Since
the TDA systems do not come with CID cards, did you buy one? Consult
with your dealer as there is some programming that needs to be done
after the board is installed.
CID requires 3 things, CID service from the telco, a ringing phone, and a CID card in the system.
It also needs some programming on the part of the PBX, so you should probably check to see if it was purchased.
Not only is it not free, you can't get something that isn't there.
Have you looked into dial tone from someone other than the phone
company? You might be able to port your lines over to the cable company
where the rate is less and CID is free. Then, you also need to have
CID hardware in the Panasonic system for it to work.
Hope it was helpful.

The speaker phone on our
There should be a way to do that. 1st make sure speaker jack is fully inserted. If you still have same problem try normal headphones and see if there still is foreign hum- then if headphones work, check the size of both the jacks to see if there the same- you might just have wrong size jack. If that is not the problem the Impedance(ohm symbol) is probably wrong and the phone doesn't have enough power to drive your speaker.. Use a speaker with same Impedance, you might have to use a speaker with its own power supply to get appropiate volume. You could try your PC external speaker. I hope this has been helpful.

How do I change the
If this is forwarding to the answering machine on YOUR phone, from the intercom dial *713xx where xx is a number of seconds. I think by default it's using the system number of 40 or 45 seconds. Try 24 for 4 rings (or multiply the number of rings by 6 and you get seconds).
If you're talking about SYSTEM rings before the VM, it's a different story and it requires system programming.

How can I allow all phones in my house to pick up
Not possible, but you can let ONE inside party do it by executive override. It's a programming option. The TDA/TDE/NCP system has a multi-party conference, but the originator has to set it up with the CONF key.

Recently changed my system password
No one on here should give you the answer, so here's mine. Call your dealer if you've changed the INSTALLER password. If you know the INSTALLER password, you can reset all other passwords.

How can I check the
Where did your assistant check the voicemail? In a TVA system, each extension VM password can be reset from mailbox 999. If you don't have that password, you would have to call your dealer/installer or check their notes. If you're trying to get to the General Delivery Mailbox, it's done from the Message Manager's mailbox (998). Again, it needs notes, but I think you can reset that password from MB 999.

Trying to get phone numbers
It's a trick. Assign the button, then press PROG the button, and dial 2 then 9, or whatever your access code is for an outside line, then the number and ENTER. You can press more buttons and dial more numbers, or press EXIT to quit.

Good morning. I have a
This is a guess because I only have 4 7625's in my customer base, but in an idle 7630/33/36 phone, you can press the Navigator up or down button and the ringer volume will raise or lower. In the display phones, you actually can press it down 5 times and the ringer will turn off.
Give that a try (the up arrow part).

I can not set up
If it's a Panasonic TVx voice mail system, your system owner can change the password from Mailbox 999. It's something like option 4 then 3 which resets password in mailbox ***.
