We have been told that
The "code" that blocks it would be the password to mailbox 998 which is the voice mail message manager. This is assuming a TVA or TVx external box and not the internal sytem. That's controlled by 39x numbers and passwords.
In addition, you have to know how the TVx voice mail system was programmed. Your installer should have given or be able to give you layout instructions and tell you how to re-record the greetings.

1)How can i stop the automatic transfer of calls
It takes so long to get an answer because you asked two different and complex questions. 1. Where do you want the call to go? It's related to question #2, but the forward either works or it doesn't...that's what the FWD/DND button is for. Your delay before it goes can ge adjusted. In our installations, we use CF-No Answer and set the ring count to 4. If you're on the phone and another call comes in, you can see it from the display and hear the soft ring. You can either answer it or ignore it and it will go to somewhere else (generally voice mail).
As far as your second question, if you have voice mail, an auto attendant can be part of the system. It's programmed at installaton to pick up incoming calls and follow a menu system called Custom service. It also functions as your voice mail system as mentioned in #1.

We've added 2 extensions in
The extensions need to be added to the ICD group and given either an Immediate or some ring delay. It's fairly easy to tell because if they're not in the group the line is red and doesn't blink on incoming calls. By default ICD group 1 is access code 600 or 601(try dialing it on the intercom from any phone and see if your phones don't start ringing). Unfortunately, you need higher level access to modify ICD groups. It's either done from the programming tool, or a phone with a class of service allowed to make such changes.

Our Panasonic KX-T7633 phone always
If that (voicemailnumber) is 500, I'd be looking for the lights on the TVA voice mail system to see if they are solid green. You could have lost the synchronization.

I have a PANASONIC KX-DT333
I don't know about a handset, since mine doesn't have a dial, but the phone underneath the handset has to have a button programmed with the lines you use in order to work. By default, the system has some number of Single CO buttons assigned in numerical order from the bottom to the top and left to right. You can test that by pressing PROGRAM, press the line buttons in sequence, and reading the display. They will say CO 001, 002, 003 etc. If they don't, you can always dial 0 001 store, 0 002 store etc and get the line appearance back.
This solution works in a small system and is very basic. It doesn't take a T1/E1/PRI or group CO buttons. into consideration. Such a solution is beyond the scope of a free forum.

For a KX-T7633 press the up arrow to increase the ringer volume (up or down arrow adjusts the volume). Some phones (KX-T7625) also have a ringer ON/OFF switch on the back of the unit.

Can i have a prerecorded no answer message rather
Sort of. The problem is once you record one, you have to delete and reinstall the mailbox to make it work and the canned message is horrible because it has no options. It's also long-winded with options that nobody would ever use.
Please, just record a short greeting and let it play.
If you want to delete it, the mailbox is deleted from the System owner's mailbox (999). It's part of mailbox administration and one option will be to delete the mailbox.

Do you know how to reset the voicemails for
All passwords can be reset from the system owner's mailbox (999). There will be an option to manage the mailboxes and reset the password is one of the commands.

I have an employee that
I can provide the mechanical method to forward the calls, but it may not work as you expected. The reason being that IIRC you can't take 2 hops. Anyway, the initial forward, on the intercom of his phone, dial *7102 and the new extension and #. It will light the FWD/DND light and send all calls to the new phone. What happens when the new phone doesn't answer is your mission to discover :-)

I can only pick up
These systems have manuals for a reason. The unprogrammed system has no ICD group assignments. When you put the phones and the ring preferences into the groups, the phones will both blink and/or ring on incoming calls. By default ICD group 1 is 600.
