LINE 3 & 4 WHEN PRESSED - "LINE NOT ASSIGNED"
HOW DO YOU FIX?
Since, by default, you have either 4 or 8 lines minimum, do they appear on other phones and is there anything on the buttons? Press PROG and line 3 button. If the display shows CO 003, you have another problem. If they show blank, dial 0 3 and press ENTER. Do the same for line 4 (using 4, of course).

I need to be able to check voicemail remotely and everytime I call in and enter my password it hangs up on me. How should I do it?
If it's a Panasonic brand voice mail, when it answers, dial #6 * and your extension. Now you can put in the password.

I am trying to change my extension name in our office using the KX-T7633. I have browsed through all of the program and menu options and have not been able to find the solution. If there is anyone who knows how to solve this please let me know. Thanks in advance!
If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system.-
From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook:
1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 004 and then ENTER.
3. Enter the extension number you want to change.
4. Enter the name (the same way as texting on a cellphone)
5. To save the changes press AUTO DIAL / STORE.
6. To go to the next extension press NEXT on the screen.
7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

light stays on with no messages.
Actually, the light is on because there ARE messages, just not from the Voice Mail system. Press MESSAGE and look at the display. The 3rd soft key will let you CLEAR the message. When all of them are cleared, the light will go out.

I cannot turn the fwd/dnd on so it will flash Also when I have a call to my extension it will notgo to voice mail
What happens when you dial 165 on the intercom? If you get voice mail, then try dialing 7104 165 # on the intercom. That sets CF-No Ans to voice mail for your set and the FWD/DND button should light solid (or not, it's a program option) or flash. If you dial 7101 it should turn on Do Not Disturb (7100 cancels). In DND, the FWD light should flash.
Once you have set these two conditions up, the FWD/DND button has 3 states, FWD, DND, and OFF.
