probably a dirty filter!! take it out turn tub off to reset turn back on with filter out and c if nthis solves problem if so replace filter.

There is ether a "O" ring or a gasket in the coupling that is ether pinched or broken and will ether need to be reset or replaced.

It sounds like the bearings have gone bad in the jet pump. A shaft seal leak will sometimes let water get into the bearings and the motor will get louder and louder. Running it on high can intensify the noise and heat created by bad bearings. Eventually, the bearings will seize and the motor will try to turn and since it can't, it will get really hot. The motor has built in high limits to keep from burning up completely but it will smell like it's burning. I would replace the pump motor and seal, should take care of the problem. The OH may have been caused by the pump not moving enough water to run the heater and tripped the heaters high temp sensor. I hope this helps.

press the temp button, and then press the light button, that will change the mode of the tub.

The tub experienced an overheat situation. This may be due to leaving the t stat turned all the way up and not monitoring or the hi-limit sensor is defective. The hi-limit sensor will shut down the heating cicuit if temp gets above 105 D optimally.the fact that the heater light is on is a good sign that things are working at this point.Whether or not a suitable temp(100-103 D) will be arrived at is to be seen. If spa heat kicks off before set temp is reached then replace hi-limit sensor.

sounds like the heater element is out. if you turn the breaker on and once the tub cycles on it trips the breaker again. it is definitely the heater element.

The Pump pulsing is sounding like maybe there is not enough water in the spa to keep enough water to the front of the pump.This is called 'cavatate" and is caused by lack of water to the front of the pump.Also check the gate valves in front of the pump and the other side of the discharge of the pump to make sure they are completely open.The Light issue sounds like maybe a relay on the circuit board could be bad or the transformer for the light is going out.RodUS Parts Center888-521-6813

That doesn't sound good, is it 110 volts or 220? if it is 220 you can not wire it backwards. the hum might be that there is not enough power to turn it over. it could be a loose wire, bad connection, or a bad start run capacitor. if it is a capacitor it is located under the hump cover on the motor.
