How to replace pump relay hot tub
If you are experiencing a relay problem on the circuit board of the hot tub, then it is best replace the complete circuit board. There are relays that you can solder on but unless you are very familiar with this process we would not recommend it.

Our hot tub will not
If a spa is not heating, switch it into standard mode to begin with. Set the 2 filter cycles for at least 2-3 hours each and about 12 hours apart for optimum performance. QCA Spas uses a Balboa spa pack so the controls are very nice (I believe it is an ML900 control panel) and you can set everything from the topside control. Download the Paradise manual here:

Our hot tub ran last
I think you have a leak that is dripping onto your control panel ... Your 60 amp breaker should be a GFI which is very sensitive. check it out ...

Aux light flashing and pump is pulsing
The Pump pulsing is sounding like maybe there is not enough water in the spa to keep enough water to the front of the pump. This is called 'cavatate" and is caused by lack of water to the front of the pump. Also check the gate valves in front of the pump and the other side of the discharge of the pump to make sure they are completely open. The Light issue sounds like maybe a relay on the circuit board could be bad or the transformer for the light is going out.Rod

Hot tub wont turn on.
That doesn't sound good, is it 110 volts or 220? if it is 220 you can not wire it backwards. the hum might be that there is not enough power to turn it over. it could be a loose wire, bad connection, or a bad start run capacitor. if it is a capacitor it is located under the hump cover on the motor.
Replacing hot tub flow switch
Depending on what type of flow switch is in the plumbing will determine how it is changed out. These are usually glued into the plumbing line with no unions or gate valve on either side of it,If this is the case for you tub then you will need to drain the tub or isolate it from the water so you can plumb in a new flow switch.Rod
