Hi
That sounds like you have a broken brew drive. If the doser lever is pushed all the way to the positive you can overcharge the brew unit and the gears cannot compress the coffee. Something has to give. Some of the time it will just dump the coffee without making anything. you get dry grounds. Some times it will just break the gears. Sounds like yours is the latter.

How does a Saeco Magic De Luxe Espress machine

Simple answer is it counts how many coffees have been made. If you turn the machine off and then empty the dredge drawer the machine doesn't know this. and the light will remain on. Leaving the machine on when you empty the drawer lets the machine know that you emptied it (15 seconds out) and it will turn the light off.

Hi
If you steam and then try to make another coffee, you need to cool the boiler off. Turn the steam off by pushing the steam button again, then open the steam knob and running water until the flashing light turn to green steady. Then make you coffee.

Howdy, they don't have a central online parts distributor, but rather several physical locations throughout the states. I was able to get their customer service number, though, which may be of the best use to you.

Water leaking from under resiouvor. I see it

Hi
There is a seal on top of the machine under the water tank. To get to it, remove the water tank, and set aside. There is a large doughnut shaped cap on top of the machine. Slip a screwdriver on the outside edge of the cap and pry up gently. When it snaps up, go to the other side of the cap and do the same. There is a black seal in the center and if you stick your finger in the center and it lifts out, it need to be replaced. Clean any residue inside the opening with a Q-tip.
When you get the new seal, it won’t slip in. Insert it at a slight angle (double lips down), then take your finger nail and run it around the bottom edge of the seal until it slips in, then push down. Snap the cap back on and your set to go.

Grinder runs but the machine indicates no coffee

Try pushing the lever on the right side below the grinder towards the back all the way and try again. If it clears the grinder is good otherwise it needs to be taken apart and cleaned.

My machine grinds coffee without stopping for what

Hi
You have a couple things wrong now.

First you have a blockage in you grind passage. Try removing the brew group. Then inside on the roof of the machine where the brew unit was setting there is a drop chute where the coffee is dropped into the brew unit. From the left side of the drop chute pull down and back, and it will drop coffee. This will clear an opening that relieves pressure on the passage. There is a passage inside the drop chute area that goes to the grinder (towards the rear of the machine). Vacuum it out. It will be on the right side of the drop chute.
Once that is cleared go to the bean hopper. There is a lever on the right side below the bean hopper. Push the lever back to the largest number. You can push the lever to a larger number any time but it has to be grinding to pull to a smaller number. Now replace everything and make your coffee. Once you have made your coffee you can pull back to a number that was higher than the one you had it on, but only when the grinder is running.
The second thing brew unit missing.
Open the door. Push hard on the upper left side of the brew unit. When you hear a click, close the door and the light should be out.

Hello,

The flashing light means that it is time to change your water filter.

If you don't have a water filter or if you have just changed it, press and hold the steam button for about 5 seconds and then the red light should go way.

Good luck
