98 Camry driver's side headlight not working at low and high beams

My 98 camry driver's side headlight not working at low and high beams, but the customer side is fine(even the two 20a fuses have no power comes to the fuses sockets). (I have checked the two 20a fuses and the bulb at good conditions) anyone know what it could be?

92 Toyota Camry Passenger side headlight only works with HigBeam

You need to get a volt meter at the headlamp plug (Wiring harness) to see if you got a ground, power from the low beam wire, and then power from the hight beam wire. It's the best place to start.

Low beam headlights on 2004 toyota camry don't come on, even after bulbs have been replaced. When high beams are on both lights come on.

You may have replaced the high beam by mistake. The low beam is closer to the exterior (the sides of the car)
