those bulbs cannot be replaced individually, you have to replace the whole ac control panel.

More than likely its a fuse but I am not looking at your service manual, it would be rather simple to locate if the original markings are still in the car. Wherever the fuse box is locate it, whatever housing it is inside should have a diagram with description of the orientation and values of the fuses. Look for 1 that says Headlights/ lights/or high beams, locate and remove the fuse, check if it needs replacing and replace it. Honestly it sounds like you need a new left high beam but I answered your question. It 's the unit. bring it to a repair facility( fairly easy to remove) and have them do the repair . Its a lot cheaper than buying a new unit. If you decide to do this let me know and I'll tell you how to remove and install the unit.

The click you here is the horn relay, You need to find the horns and check for power at the wire connectors. But you probably have a bad low and now a bad high not horn. since the relay clicks your fuse is good so that eliminates the fuse.
