Well it could be the brake pads rattling when turning have the brakes checked. it could also be a bad cv joint gone bad causing the noise only on a turn. if its when turning left then the left cv joint has gone bad. replace the left half shaft. some people say a rattle noise when its a clicking noise.

Noise at the back wheel area on the driver side of a crown Victoria ford 2003 also I notice slight resistance when turning to the left on steep cruves.

More information please. Can you describe this "noise" in more detail? Is it a metal grinding noise? A single 'Clonk', 'Bang' or 'Creak' Noise?
Is it a repeating rattle, creak or bang? The noise could be related to the noise but more information will help narrow down the possible causes.

HVAC is making rattling noise

Your fan that is attached to your blowermotor is loose, causing the rattle, or the bearings in your blower motor are bad, causing the shaft and fan both to rattle.

The rattle is likely a loose shield or a bad catalytic converter. As for the loud banging, Have you checked the front U-joints behind the brake rotors. As for the Reverse noise? Auto or stick shift?
