Car doesnt cut out or run bad at all it just dies and takes about 5 mins to start or just wont start then after 5-10 mins of trying to start it it starts right up and runs fine.Already changed the fuel pump and filter,spark plugs and wires,could it be some kind of sensor?

Does the Van Crank over?
Have you checked the IGN Relays? 1,2,and 3?
How did the Battery test out?
Anything below 11.9v battery is dead.
So I suggest that you do not throw any more parts and check the battery again.

try to spray some carburetor cleaner inside where the air goes in the engine...it will clean the system and it might start...
press some gas when you try to start the vehicle...
