Got a. 2001 Nissan Pathfinder the obd isn't lighting up my reader which fuse would it be

The OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system in a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder is powered by the vehicle's battery and is controlled by the Engine Control Module (ECM). If the OBD port isn't lighting up your reader, it could be due to a blown fuse.

In your Pathfinder, the OBD fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle. The fuse you need to check is the 10A fuse labeled "ECM" or "ECU". You can consult your vehicle owner's manual or the fuse box cover for the exact location of the ECM fuse.

If the ECM fuse is intact, there may be a problem with the OBD system itself or the wiring connecting it to the ECM. In that case, it's best to have a qualified mechanic or technician diagnose the issue to prevent further damage to your vehicle.

Where is the fuse for a fuel pump on my 2003 dodge diesel 2500 located?

there is no fuse at all for that model. It is controlled by the ECM. you need to replace the ecm

The ECM is located on the left side of the engine block right behind the fuel injection pump remove the connector from the ECM and check the terminals very carefully sometimes you'll find corroded terminals or broken wires causing the same problem. hope this help out.

Where is the ECM located on a 2006 Chevy truck with a v-6

the ECM is near the fuse box. open you hood. stand in front of you drivers side headlights and look down. itll be between the head lights and the fuse box and its under the radiator hose IIRC. the ecm is covered by a black cover. you need to remove that to see the actual ecm. Here is a helpfull site also before you buy a new ECM. http://www.ehow.com/how_7315090_reset-ecm-chevy-truck.html

Ecm fuse location 2001 chevy astro van

The power for the data link connector is from a 25amp fuse Number 7 in the IP fuse box. As long as the check engine light is on the computer has power.
The main computer power is from two ECM fuses in the box near the battery.
The fuse locations should be in the back of your owners manual.

Where is the computer located?

The ECM is located on the left (driverside) inner fender just forward of the fuse box. Why are you asking this??? There is not one servicable part and swaping out the ECM with another will require a reflash. you most likly willnot be able to drive the truck to the dealer or qualified shop that can reflash, so be mindful of what you are doing. if you are simply doing some upgrade to the truck and need to disconect the ECM simply remove the fuse in the fuse box under the hood and that will disable the ECM for the purpos you need. If you are welding on the truck and need to disconect the ECM simply remove both battery terminals and that is all you would need to be good

Trying to locate the ecm fuse to replace. cant find any diagrams for this or anything on it

the ecm fuse is in the fuse panel and is marked ecm on the fuse panel below the fuse.the fuse panel is under the dash on the drivers side, just use a test light with the key on and check all the fuses remembering the headlight/tail lights must be on and some other circuits need to be turned on.you don`t say why you are looking for the ecm fuse or the year make and model of car.

Where is the ECM located

On the 96 Se the computer should be located on the drivers side, behind the fuse panel. Remove the side interior panel, then loosen the bolts that hold the fuse panel so that you can get to the plastic box with a lot of wires hooked up to it. They are snap-fit connectors like the rest of them.
