The fuse for the accessory plug is in the fuse box . You need to check in your car manual to find which fuse it is.

Honestly You need to hook up scan tool. You can find information in alarm triggers..It will tell you why the alarm was triggered...Like drivers door, trunck, key fob and so on...Then diagnoss the troubled area. I have'nt seen any one thing that was most common...It could be any of the things mentioned. or more. The list is longer.

Could be many things, but ignition switch, ignition module, and ECM could all cause this issue. Along with shorted wiring or a bad sensor. You need to find a reputable mechanic that can properly diagnose your problem or else you might end up spending quite a bit changing parts.

Things to check 1st.
Check battery for full charge 12+ volts
Clean Batt posts and cables with wire brush reconnect tight.
Follow both cables and clean and tighten connections at starter and ground at body. While at the starter give it a couple of lite hits with a hammer to free up.

This should fix it if not then replace.

Tps shorted on dodge pickups

Found this fix on a road trip .had just put on new tps 3 weeks earlier and on this trip I was in a bad rain storm tps shorted out. Went to parts store.got another new one, but when unplugging the shorted one I noticed water in plug. So on new one I wrapped it in foil. That was 1 year ago to this date, have also fixed several other dodge pickups the same way. No more.tps problems
. What happens is was ayer drips down under the hood and straight on tps plug
this I found on couple of 99, and 2003 and 2004 trucks. So next time you have to replace tps just put it on plug it up and wrap it up good with fiol

You probably blew a fuse. Find your owners manual and locate the fuse box that contains the fuses the protect the seats. You probably have a bare wire under the seat which when grounded shorted the system causing the fuse to blow. The same fuse could also control the door locks and other systems. If you do not have a manual, go to this website below.
