The horn switch sends a ground signal to the relay. Is the switch getting ground from the harness? If yes, does the switch have continuity when pressed? Finally, does the output wire have continuity to the relay terminal? Do It Yourself Diagnosis and Repair

If you are sure you have fuel and spark the only other posibilty is engine damage. The most likely is a broken timing belt and the cams are not turning.. Go back and check that fuel and spark again.. Don't look for major problems until you have really checked.. Squirt a little fuel into the intake manifold ahead of the throttle body.. If it fires you have spark and no fuel.. The computer may not be telling the injectors to open.. I had this problem once on a chevrolet and it turned out to be a clooged fuel filter.. buying gas in Mexico.

Make sure the level is fine and the fluid is nice and pink. Low fluid could cause your problem. If it is low I would add 1 qt of Trans-X additive. It will clean and un stick varnished parts it the trans which could be your problem.
