1997 couger will not start

po320 is either the coil pack, the crank sensor or the cam sensor. po320 means-- Ignition Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

Sure sounds like the same condition all over again...but it's only a year old or less...is the car in good tune, gas mileage is good? Is it possible you got a poor quality converter to go bad so fast?Normally, I would hesitate to offer this test, because I know how hard it is to remove exhaust pieces with rusted, corroded, hard set bolts and fasteners. But since it's a new cat, you could try and disconnect the exhaust before the converter, and run the engine to see if that was the problem. Good luck. Hope you get it fixed.

just pull back on the deck cover on both sides and it just slips off. Then turn the bulb socket counterclockwise 1/4 turn and out comes the bulb - GE 921- is the bulb size. good-day!

sounds like the brake shift interlock is not working. you need to press down on the brake to be able to move the shifter out of park. if that system is defective, it wont let you shift out of park. look at the center console 9if it has one) is there a slot that looks like you could slide your ignition key into? if there is try inserting your key into this slot and with your foot on the brake move the shifter into neutral. put the key in the ignition and it should now be able to start and shift into drive and reverse. but if you go back to park it will lock up again. i would bring it to the garage for a repair of this system (may need adjusting, may need replacing, but they would be able to diagnose and repair)
