Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Also the Air Mass Sensor can create the symptom described. It has what is called a hot wire air mass sensor. When air flows through a route around the hot wire, the heat generated from the hot wire is taken away by the air. The amount of heat depends on the air flow. On the other hand, the temperature is automatically controlled to a certain number of degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to supply the hot wire with more electric current in order to maintain the temperature of the hot wire. The ECM knows the air flow by means of the electric change. WHOOSH! Get that? A vacuum leak can cause the problem. A problem with the air mass sensor would be a likely suspect. Check for solid grounds. DO NOT THROW PARTS AT IT!

Some ECUs require a reset and this is often done via the diagnostic code scanner itself.
Auto parts stores will scan free, but I don't know if they would charge to reset the error register. You would have to call them and ask.

When you say door latch, what exactly are you referring to? There is the locking latch, inner and outer opening latch, or the door jam latch? Take the door panel off, make sure that the window is up, and then you will have access to any of the latches. The door jam lock/opening latch will have some screws in it, 3 total, you can take those out and off for better access to the actual door lock mechanisms.

My 1994 Sentra has had radio issues for a while.
it is almost certainly the radio itself.
there are a lot of electronic components in the tuner section of the radio and it sounds like one of them is breaking down rapidly and "resetting" itself when you change band.
it will probably be cheaper to replace the radio than get the old one fixed

Can you hear the window motor operate? If no, then it could be either the switch on your door has failed or your window motor has failed. If yes, then more than likely the window regulator has failed and either the cable or the actuator has broke / failed within the door. Best to have a shop do the replacement as it is pretty tight and confined space and can get to be a little on your nerves if you havent done it before.
Hope this helps.
Why wont my dashboardlights and radio not work. I
Did you check for battery power at the fuses, or did you give them the "Eyeball Test". The two fuses involved in your problem are fuse "O" and fuse "H". Fuse "O" will only have battery power when the ignition switch is in the "ACC" or "ON" positions. Fuse "H" will have battery power at all times. If both of these fuses have battery power when they are supposed to, the problem is probably your illumination control switch is either defective or turned off. If fuse H has no power, the problem is in the main wiring harness between the battery and the fuse block. If fuse "O" does not have power when it is supposed to, the problem is most likely your ignition switch.
I hear a clicking noise
I believe you have a ground short in the main fuse wiring or at the main fuse location itself. Try locating it and as the suggested Tech from Firestone advised , replace the main fuse. frank

I think that you have a problem with the fuel pressure regulator, located on the fuel injection rail. it sounds like the diaframe inside is not operating properly. You will need to put a fuel gauge on the fuel feed, which is coming out of the fuel filter on the fire wall right behind the air box. disconect the hose and put a inline fuel gauge into the system and watch your fuel pressure at idle. if its too high, than pinch of the return line at the injection rail, by the regulator and watch the fuel pressure. if it drops, than your regulator is bad. let me know what you find.
