Do you know that a replacement ECM would need programming ? Dealer .An it's a PCM - powertrain control module ,because transmission an engine modules are inside the same box (module) .Service of the PCM should normally consist of either replacement of the PCM or EEPROM programming. If the diagnostic procedures call for PCM replacement, inspect the PCM first to see if the PCM is the correct part. If the PCM is faulty, remove the PCM and install the new service PCM.
The new service PCM will not be programmed. You must program the new PCM. DTC P0602 indicates the EEPROM is not programmed or has malfunctioned.
There are no user serviceable parts in this PCM. The PCM should never be opened for any reason.
Important: When replacing the production PCM with a service PCM (controller), it is important to transfer the broadcast code and production PCM number to the service PCM label. Do not record this information on the PCM cover. Transfer allows positive identification of PCM parts throughout the service life of the vehicle.

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
Remove the left sheet metal diagonal brace. Refer to Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Left Side in Body Front End.
Remove the air cleaner assembly cover and lift the PCM from the assembly.
Disconnect the harness connectors from the PCM.
Remove the PCM from the engine compartment.

This cable cannot be adjusted. If it is loose on the throttle body, the gas pedal may not be returning to the correct position when pressure on the pedal is released. Idle is completely controlled by the engine computer based on settings from various sensors, and will have a problem if the throttle body internals or the idle air control (IAC) pintle is fouled, or if this control is not performing correctly.

Unfortunately it isn't that easy. The technician has to start from the beginning and discover what the failure is. It isn't likely but one of your new parts could have failed or something else is malfunctioning. Bring it back to the repair shop and have it looked at again. Most shops warranty their work for at least one year. Any other questions please write back. Good Luck.

If it's not under the hood, then I think it's on the passsenger side floor side console area. Loose change gets in the lighter opening and blows the fuse. Look in there before you change the fuse.

You can't do that until you remove the belt because it has tension on it.

Hi. Sorry but there isn't a Reset for fuel injectors. If by chance you are referring to Fuel Trim calculations. That must be performed by a repair shop or Buick dealership. A professional scan tool is used for this service. If you don't mind me asking. Why do you what to reset your fuel injectors?

If the remote opens the rear hatch your problem is likely the button on the tailgate itself. I replaced mine on my 2005 about 3 months ago for the same fault. One problem you may have replacing the button could be that the screws are corroded and difficult top remove. Other than that it is a pretty easy fix.

Sounds like you may have a head gasket leak. But first I would check the water level and get the air out of the system. Air is bad is water system. When bleeding the air squeeze the hoses to burp the air out and I also would suggest looking for a purge nut on the top of a water line or housing on the engine. Check the fan is working or works. And then maybe consider the thermostat was installed wrong.

Your shift cable has came unhooked from either your transmission or your shifter. Most likely it’s at the trans. There are little plastic retainers at the ends of the shift cables that get old and brittle and will break. You may be able to match one up from a auto parts store but sometimes you have to replace the whole cable.. The vehicle will not start because it’s still in gear, no vehicle will start unless it’s in either park or neutral..
