Sounds like you may have a bad ECM, EngineControlModule. Gauges on the InstrumentCluster are known to go bizirk when the ECM is on its way. That, in tandem w/a no start condition sounds like a lock to me; but I've seen vehicles throw one hell of a curve ball, so idunno. Thats the area I'd be in doe......

Could be a fuse or relay.. Find the locations in your manual..

Check out the neutral safety switch attached to your transmission. It prevents a car from starting if it is not in neutral. But if stuck in open position car will not start.

Is there one? Most systems are released by cracking a fuel banjo whilst covering with a rag to shield eyes. Don't do it with a hot engine.

Is it a short little tube not connected to anything? If so this is the EVAP drain. Every "modern" car that has been manufactured with air conditioning has the same thing. As the air moves through the very cold evaporator core the moister in the air condenses. that condensed water has to be allowed to drain. Hence the evap drain. on a hot humid day you can watch just about every car with the windows up and you will see water dripping from them. Last time serviced? Any error codes? I'd say fuel delivery system. Are you sure you have gas inspite of the gage?

Check some connections.

Well the codes are not related. Code 135 is for a problem with the heater circuit in the front O2 sensor, and code 301 is a lose of power on cylinder one. Code 135 could be the sensor or the power source for the heater, and code 301 could be fuel or spark related.

You can disconnect the power until your lock is replaced.

u may need to hookit up to a factory scan tool--try disconnectn computer then plugit in again. napa auto parts sell reman panels-giv them a call for advice. dont go to a dealer
