remove seat from the floor there are 2 bolts on the front side of the seat and 2 more on the rear. there may be sensors you have to disconnect so beware of them before you remove the seat.

it has to be fixed as it determines when the gears are selected against engine rpms it is a sensor so it should drive but be prepared for selection problems while driving check for wires and clean connections at the transmission

you should replace the radiator with one that has an extra row of core,they all have this problem.

the cars electrics are complex. as is the ECU (now called a PCM) the PCM has up to 3 to 4 fuses. typically 1 for spark, 1 for fuel and 1 for PCM and one more for the ecu memory fuse, that if pulled clears the PCM errors (DTC:) all this is in the FSM.book (factory, serv. man) btw if the PCM CEL lamp is dead, that be the PCM main fuse. also part of MAIN relay on all cars with EFI and the ASD relay. in 2007 jeep wiring changed radially, so.... something to consider and know that they some times do that gradually. is this a gas engine,? there are 3 gas engines, (sizes) the engines size also dictates which PCM you have. sure wish i had just a clue as to a symptom so i dont have to read the full wiring tree..... 32 page in the fsm on fuse/spark alone. JB fuse 24, to pCM. (jb means cab box ) PDC means engine bay. MIP box has power feed to PCM too on pin 12 (more later ) PDC fues 6. for ASD main. PDC fuse 28 the injectors. PDC fuse 16, coil spark. i missed some, as i did not see the hot all the time fuse (mem) ah, pdc fuse 20 is PCM memory. found it. page 2 is missing on my source, so.... the PCM also does the job of TCM to shift some transmissions. and that may have its own fuses too.

as in all electric fails, fuses are first, ill assume car runs prefect the charge lamp is out running, and all that..... and only the screen is dead. nothing else !

trust the temp gauge as that is what it is there for

Hi Amanda, boy did this post take a wrong turn! All I can suggest is to pull the fuse or disconnect the battery and maybe it will reset, make sure you know your theft code before resetting. This procedure might be in your manual, you could also search you tube for a solution

the laser eye is prob hung up did try inserting a disc see if that resets it ?

Located in the underhood fuse relay/center. Your owners manual should give location and identifacation

You need to replace the starter assembly, because you can't get the solenoid separately. Good luck

If it comes on the goes out. It is a bad solder joint or chip. The heat is what's making it go out.
