Front drivers seat won't recline and its stuck

I just had the recline of my driver seat go out today. What happened to mine was the interior plastic of the handle that wrapped around the release mechanism fell apart all I had to do was take the handle off. I used a small Crescent wrench to to pull the lever mechanism towards the trunk. The same direction the handle would of pulled it, and it made the chair recline I got it set to where I liked it and now I'm just going to use some bondo and put the handle back on. Most fixes doesn't require the entire assembly to be replaced and taking it to the dealership will just have them charge you for the entire price for the system regardless of how simple of a fix it actually was. I have saved my self thousands of dollars doing simple fixes my self, and if you have even the slightest amount of intellect you can do it too.

Brake light stays on

brake fuse-undefined-undefined-0.jpg Pull up on the brake pedal, see if stop lamp goes out? You may need to check stop lamp switch and brake pedal arm? Pull that fuse in diagram, see if it kills the stop lamps? At the bottom left, in diagram, see the green wire with yellow tracer, that wire should not be hot unless you step on the brake. You can use a test light to check for voltage. good luck

I have a 2000 Ford Focus 2.0 spi idles rough and loud and throws code po300. I have swapped coil pack, spark plugs, and plug wires but still no change. How can I find the problem and fix it?

Misfires aren't just caused by spark plug issues. You could have a problem with one or more sensors on the engine, a fuel supply issue, A vacuum leak, a PCV valve problem or a more serious issue with the actual parts inside the cylinders themselves. Did it throw any other codes? Does it do anything else wrong? (like stalling or very smoky exhaust gas). Unless your familiar with working on engines I would recommend getting a good mechanic to look at this. They'll be able to look and listen to the engine for more clues to what the problem is.

Ford focus fuel pump not working

There should be a reset button on a part called an Inertia switch. This switch is located behind the front kick panels or in the trunk. The Inertia switch is a safety switch used to prevent fires after a collision. But sometimes if the right Frequency is generated by closing a door, hood, or trunklid the switch will activate. Then power is cut off from the fuelpump.

I have a 2003 Ford Focus and my left headlight went out. I replaced both headlights and now my high beam indicator is on when it is low beams and are very dim. I have tried several different bulbs and the problem persists. High beams work fine. They are 9003 bulbs

You are most likely to have earthing or resistance issues. Funnily enough, I just watched this video last night. You will see the dim headlight scenario mentioned towards the end on a vehicle, but you need to know the testing procedure first. You will also need a digital multimeter. Or, you can just take it to an auto-electrician. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaYtCVBodpw ..
