stating MG5700 series is correct. Your problem is the USB001 part. Although this printer can run via USB, it is primarily a WiFi network printer.

Hi-Speed USB (B Port)

Wi-Fi: IEEE802.11 b/g/n

Wi-Fi Security: WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, WEP, Administration password

Wireless LAN Frequency Band: 2.4GHz

Please refer to the user manual for instructions on how to activate/deactivate the wireless LAN.

Reinstall software and Drivers. Then decide if you are using USB connection or WiFi. Run Setup. Using Wifi, you can print via your smartphone using the Canon Print App

Did you put it back exactly like it was before? Are you sure all connections sit ok?
Were you safe with E.S.D. (Electro Static Discharge).
Because handeling with bare hands could damage any electronic chip.
